Caimao Tan, male, Han nationality, born in June 1989, from Wangjiang, Anhui province, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a Ph.D. degree, Associate Professor, currently a full-time teacher at the China Institute of FTZ Supply Chain of Shanghai Maritime University. Mainly engaged in teaching and research in port and shipping logistics, he has made significant achievements in port operation optimization, and has presided over important projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan, and Shanghai Youth Talent Plan.
